By calling a phone number operated by a business using SyrAI Services or by receiving SMS messages through our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Service Description
SyrAI Services provides a voice assistant platform that helps local businesses manage incoming phone calls. Our service:
- Answers calls on behalf of participating businesses
- Provides information about business hours, services, and pricing
- Offers to send appointment booking links via SMS
- Transfers calls to human staff when appropriate
SMS Messages
If you request an appointment booking link, we will send you a single SMS message containing a link to the business's online booking page. By verbally requesting this link, you consent to receive this message. Standard message and data rates may apply. See our SMS Policy for complete details.
User Responsibilities
When using our service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when requested
- Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to abuse, harass, or exploit the voice assistant
- Not attempt to circumvent any security features
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The voice assistant will correctly understand all requests
- All information provided will be accurate or complete
The participating business is responsible for the accuracy of their business information, pricing, and availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyrAI Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Missed appointments or scheduling errors
- Incorrect business information
- Service interruptions or technical failures
- Any actions taken based on information from our voice assistant
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SyrAI Services from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without notice.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
